Technical Sales Representative – New South Wales

About the role

Sika Australia is seeking driven professionals across Australia to join as Technical Sales Representatives. You will deliver technical expertise and tailored solutions to customers and industry partners, helping grow market share in the building and industrial sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong relationships with contractors, applicators, engineers and specifiers.
• Manage assigned territories, grow existing accounts and identify new business opportunities to meet sales targets.
• Provide on‑site technical advice, system recommendations and application support.
• Collaborate with internal technical, marketing, operations and customer service teams.

Required profile

• Proven background in technical/B2B solution sales or hands‑on trade/application experience.
• Strong commercial mindset with motivation to achieve targets and drive growth.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with a customer‑first approach.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to operate autonomously in the field.

Required skills

• Technical knowledge of construction, building materials, waterproofing, concrete, chemicals or related engineering fields.
