Technical Sales Representative – Direct Sales

About the role

Join Sika Australia as a Technical Sales Representative focused on direct sales. You will drive sales targets, expand market share, and provide technical support for construction chemical solutions across your territory.

Key responsibilities

• Crush sales targets and increase market share in the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with the Target Market Manager on key customers and special projects.
• Conduct product demonstrations, assist with field trials, and provide technical support to customers.
• Identify new business opportunities in construction markets and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Represent Sika at trade events and monitor competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM and report forecasts, expenses, and performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical sales, preferably within construction markets.
• Strong customer relationship and negotiation abilities.
• Analytical, organized, and capable of working both autonomously and within a team.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using Salesforce CRM.
