Technical Sales Graduate

About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is recruiting a Technical Sales Graduate in Sydney. The role is designed as hybrid, with an average of two days per week spent in an HPE office. It lets you drive deals from qualification to close and grow into a professional with strong relationships and international working experience.

Key responsibilities

• Gather information to build an accurate understanding of customer network technology needs
• Help create a technical solution that meets customer requirements and adapt the solution design to new requirements
• Maintain good communication with customers and partners and advance opportunities effectively
• Support the account team with product advice, proposal support, presentations and other customer communications
• Engage additional technical resources as needed

Required profile

• Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree within the last 12 months from the start date in computer science, software engineering, network engineering or equivalent
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, cloud computing concepts, architectures and services (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), AI and machine learning frameworks, data analytics, sustainability concepts and data center infrastructure
• Strong analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication in English, and experience or a proven interest in sales
• Ability to build relationships at all levels, convey complex technical information clearly and work comfortably in a hybrid environment

Preferred: a collaborative, solution-focused approach, a drive to deliver exceptional results, experience as an active campus leader, and exceptional presentation skills.
