Technical Business Analyst – AI‑Driven Process Improvement

About the role

Denver Technology is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to partner with senior leaders, uncover business pain points and define AI‑driven automation requirements. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and agile delivery teams, translating needs into clear, actionable specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct discovery interviews and workshops with senior management to surface challenges and objectives.
• Create process flow charts, value‑stream maps, and as‑is/to‑be diagrams using Visio or Miro.
• Perform SWOT and gap analyses to highlight improvement opportunities.
• Elicit, analyse and document functional and non‑functional requirements, converting them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Identify and propose AI and automation solutions that address identified business needs.
• Collaborate with solution architects, product owners and development teams to ensure feasibility and alignment with business goals.
• Support change‑management activities, training and adoption of new AI‑enabled capabilities.

Required profile

• Minimum five years’ experience as a Business Analyst, preferably on digital transformation, AI or automation projects.
• Degree in business, IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to work directly with senior stakeholders and facilitate workshops.
• Experience documenting requirements and writing user stories in Jira.
