Tech Lead – Senior Azure DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Tech Lead to drive our DevOps initiatives, focusing on Azure DevOps and cloud automation. The role combines hands‑on engineering with leadership, guiding a team to deliver reliable, scalable software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain high‑quality software applications.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate delivery.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, design and ship new features.
• Monitor and optimise application performance, reliability and scalability.
• Apply DevOps tools and best practices to streamline workflows.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of software development experience with a strong DevOps focus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Proven track record of delivering projects in fast‑paced environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
