Team Support Manager (Roving) – Sydney

About the role

As a Team Support Manager (Roving) you will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of multiple Kennards Self Storage centres across Sydney. Working full‑time, you will step in to cover leave, ensure smooth facility management and deliver a high level of customer service while enjoying a great degree of autonomy.

Key responsibilities

• Run daily operations of several storage facilities, including opening/closing procedures and facility upkeep.
• Provide outstanding customer service and sales assistance, helping clients choose appropriate storage and packaging solutions.
• Cover staff leave on a full‑time basis, ensuring continuity of service across locations.
• Make on‑site decisions regarding operations, maintenance and customer issues without micromanagement.

Required profile

• Passion for customer service and a desire to grow in a dynamic, varied role.
• Enjoys autonomy and the freedom to make decisions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to work across multiple sites in Sydney.
