About the role
Aurecon is looking for a proactive Team Support Coordinator to join its Program Performance team. This permanent position can be based in Sydney or Newcastle and offers flexible working arrangements, allowing you to contribute from home while supporting complex infrastructure programmes.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the NSW Practice Leader and team with scheduling, meeting coordination, agenda preparation and minute taking.
- Manage expenses, credit‑card reconciliations, travel arrangements and diary management.
- Enter and maintain client relationship data, support business reporting and knowledge sharing.
- Support bid and proposal processes, track progress and help prepare high‑quality submissions.
- Coordinate team resources, balance workloads and ensure smooth project delivery.
- Liaise with Project Coordinators in other regions and provide coverage for the Executive Assistant as needed.
Required profile
- Experience in a similar administrative or coordination role within a professional services environment.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
- Excellent written communication, especially for procurement and technical documents.
- Proven ability to organise domestic and international travel.
- Analytical mindset with solid problem‑solving skills.
Required skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
