About the role

Grill'd, which operates 180+ restaurants across Australia, is looking for friendly, energetic Team Members to join its restaurant teams. The preferred restaurant is chosen during the application. The role suits people who enjoy flipping patties, chatting with guests and making the food shine.

Required profile

• No experience needed; training is provided.
• A positive attitude and a passion for making people's day.
• Team player who works well with others.
• Good communicator who enjoys connecting with customers.
• Availability for a mix of weekday, weeknight and weekend shifts.
• Right to work in Australia and aged 16 or older.
