Team Member - Hospitality

About the role

YOMG is looking for energetic and friendly Team Members who enjoy working with people and creating a great guest experience. As one of the first people guests meet, you will welcome customers, take accurate orders and prepare shakes and frozen yoghurt, helping keep service moving so every guest leaves with a positive impression. No hospitality experience is essential, as you will be taught the YOMG way.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, confident and efficient service.
• Take accurate orders, process payments and help guests understand the menu and promotions.
• Prepare and serve shakes, frozen yoghurt, drinks and other front of house products.
• Keep guest, service and amenity areas clean, stocked and ready for trade.
• Follow food safety, allergen, hygiene, cash handling and workplace safety procedures.
• Work across different front of house stations and support the team during busy periods.

Required profile

• A positive attitude and a natural willingness to help people.
• Clear communication and confidence working as part of a team.
• Reliability, energy and the ability to stay calm when it gets busy.
• A willingness to learn and take feedback on board.
• Availability across a flexible hospitality roster.
