Team Member – Fixed Term (Retail)

About the role

Officeworks is looking for enthusiastic part‑time team members to join the Eastern Creek store on a fixed‑term basis. You will work across customer‑facing areas such as replenishment and service, helping shoppers find the right products and enjoy a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable advice on a wide range of office, technology and creative products.
• Assist customers with purchases, returns and enquiries, ensuring a high level of service.
• Maintain store presentation by restocking shelves and organising merchandise.
• Operate the checkout and handle transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily sales and service targets.

• Reliable, responsible and able to meet commitments.
