Team Member - Casual

About the role

Canon Business Services ANZ, a market leader in business process optimisation and IT services, is looking for a Team Member for a casual role based in Adelaide. The position sits within a highly collaborative team in a supportive working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Enter details into data capture software and ensure the accuracy of entered information
• Assist in preparing and sorting documents for data entry
• Handle ad hoc administration as required
• Sort and distribute mail, and notify and distribute inbound couriers and parcels
• Make courier bookings and handle deliveries
• Deal with customer enquiries

Required profile

• A positive "can-do" attitude and a highly reliable, accurate person with a keen eye for detail
• Good level of computer literacy and effective communication skills
• Valid driver's licence
• Previous customer service experience highly regarded
• Ability to work under pressure to meet service standards
• Australian citizenship at the time of application; eligibility to work in Australia

Required skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office and ability to learn new technology quickly
• Strong organisational and time management skills
