Team Member – Airport Sushi Service

About the role

Sushi Sushi is seeking enthusiastic casual team members to work at Brisbane Airport. You will help create a great experience for travellers by preparing fresh sushi and delivering friendly service in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present fresh sushi and other menu items to a high standard.
• Deliver friendly, efficient customer service to travellers.
• Maintain food quality, presentation and hygiene standards.
• Keep the store clean, organised and well stocked.
• Support teammates to ensure smooth service during busy airport periods.

Required profile

• Positive, reliable and passionate about great food and customer service.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team player who takes pride in their work and supports others.
• Experience in hospitality, food preparation or retail is advantageous.
• Experience in sushi rolling is beneficial, but training is provided.
