Team Manager – Retail Sales

About the role

Tiffany & Co. is seeking an experienced retail professional to lead the sales team at our Chatswood store. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will drive sales performance, nurture client relationships, and ensure an exceptional in‑store experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients, expanding the client portfolio through proactive outreach.
• Support the Store Director in planning and hosting client events and special occasions.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience, consistently going above and beyond expectations.
• Become an expert on product knowledge and sales training modules, sharing insights with the team.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of new staff.
• Handle key‑holder duties, including opening and closing the store.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of supervisory or management experience in retail or a related customer‑facing sector.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong ability to inspire trust, integrity, and professionalism with both clients and staff.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
