Team Leader Solutions

About the role

Provide direct leadership, support and direction to a team of domestic cleaners, ensuring high‑quality cleaning services for clients while promoting Amana Living’s vision, mission and values. This is a full‑time position (76 hours per fortnight).

Key responsibilities

• Mentor, coach and guide the Solutions Cleaning Team on a daily basis.
• Facilitate onboarding, orientation and training of new staff, including issuing equipment.
• Conduct performance evaluations, manage performance issues with HR and the Hospitality Manager.
• Hold regular 1:1 meetings, staff meetings and onsite visits to support team dynamics.
• Process leave requests, monitor payroll data and prepare weekly finance reports.
• Participate in incident meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor or similar role (aged care or health industry desirable).
• Demonstrated ability to lead, supervise and manage performance of a team.
• Tertiary qualification in frontline management.
• Current WA C Class driver licence and recent National Police Clearance (≤6 months).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using Microsoft Teams.
