Team Leader - Customer Care

About the role

Amplar Home Health, part of the Medibank Group, is looking for a Team Leader to lead a high-performing team supporting consumers across government-funded aged care and community programs. The role is full-time, fixed term for 13 months, hybrid and based in Adelaide only.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a customer-focused team to deliver exceptional service outcomes.
• Monitor team performance, quality and compliance standards while driving continuous improvement.
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback and professional development opportunities.
• Build strong relationships across operational and clinical teams for seamless service delivery.
• Support workforce planning, performance reporting and operational excellence.
• Champion a culture of accountability, collaboration and consumer-centred care.

Required profile

• Previous leadership experience (minimum 3 years).
• Contact centre, customer service or administration experience.
• Healthcare setting experience highly desirable.

• Strong coaching and people leadership skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strong problem-solving, organisational and performance management skills.
