Customer Service Representative

About the role

Auto Parts Group (APG), part of GPC Asia Pacific, is hiring a Customer Service Representative for its Brendale office. This is a full-time permanent position focused on delivering excellent customer service every day.

Key responsibilities

• Manage parts inquiries, requests and quotes while providing excellent customer service.
• Handle phone services and ensure a professional customer experience.
• Use APG systems to manage parts and inventory.
• Address customer escalations and maintain order records.
• Meet KPIs and focus on continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Passion for customers and service.
• Experience in customer service; strong relationship-building skills are highly desirable.
• A self-starter with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
• Reliable, punctual and a confident communicator.
• A positive, energetic team attitude.
• Candidates from call centres, high-volume customer service roles, retail or trade counter sales and phone-based sales environments are welcome; it is described as an entry-level opportunity.
