About the role
Join Multiplex as a Team Assistant working three days a week in our prime CBD Head Office. You will provide essential administrative, coordination and organisational support to keep the NSW Construction business running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Manage extensive diaries and travel arrangements for senior leaders.
- Coordinate meetings, events, catering and briefing documents.
- Prepare, proof and format documents, reports and correspondence.
- Provide admin support to Construction Managers, Regional Directors and the Office & Events Manager.
- Assist the New Business team with ad‑hoc tasks, expenses, invoicing, purchase orders and Mastercard reconciliation.
- Collaborate with regional PAs and site‑based Office Coordinators.
- Offer reception relief when required and uphold confidentiality in line with the Multiplex Code of Conduct.
Required profile
- Strong administration experience with diary management for multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong document formatting abilities.
- Proactive, able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle competing priorities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Coupa (preferred).
