Talent Specialist – Retail Recruitment

About the role

Louis Vuitton ANZ is seeking a Talent Specialist to lead the full recruitment lifecycle across its retail network. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and hiring top‑tier talent that reflects the brand’s heritage and high‑service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for retail functions such as Client Advisors, Senior Client Advisors, Operations, Visual Merchandising, Experts, Stylists and Interns.
• Build proactive talent pipelines through strategic sourcing, headhunting, mystery shopping and networking.
• Lead campus recruitment initiatives, represent the brand at university career fairs and support the graduate program.
• Partner with hiring managers to define briefs, deliver shortlists and challenge expectations.
• Craft candidate communications that embody the Louis Vuitton brand at every touchpoint.
• Contribute to employer branding, internal mobility, next‑gen talent programmes and ANZ recruitment strategy.
• Maintain recruitment data and reporting to support People & Culture decision‑making.

Required profile

• Background in talent acquisition within retail, premium hospitality or high‑end service environments.
• Agency experience is highly regarded.
• Strong instinct for identifying potential beyond the CV and curiosity about exceptional people.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of representing the brand credibly.
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously while maintaining rigor and pace.
