Talent Specialist - Blue-Collar Recruitment

About the role

Tecside is looking for a driven Talent Specialist to join its growing Blue-Collar team in the Adelaide CBD office. You will recruit across construction, manufacturing, engineering, infrastructure and industrial sectors, managing client relationships and connecting quality candidates with live vacancies from day one. It is a 360 recruitment role covering business development, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers and placement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development through to placement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Source, screen and interview candidates for a variety of blue-collar roles
• Coordinate offers, onboarding and placement outcomes
• Develop existing accounts and identify new business opportunities
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of quality candidates

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in recruitment, labour hire, account management, business development or sales
• Experience in blue-collar, labour hire, industrial recruitment or a similar environment is highly regarded
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Proactive, results-driven approach and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
