Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute search strategies, draft and place job advertisements, and evaluate candidate resumes.
• Coordinate video and in‑office interviews, write candidate profiles, and provide coaching and feedback.
• Negotiate salaries and contract terms, including day‑rate agreements.
• Represent Robert Half in networking events, meet‑ups, and online communities to strengthen market presence.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve weekly business growth targets.
• Track competitor candidates and manage ongoing assignments to ensure excellent client and candidate service.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience as a Recruiting Specialist, Candidate Manager or Resourcing Specialist in an agency environment, or equivalent finance industry experience.
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial mindset with a proven track record of achieving financial and business goals.
• Goal‑oriented, metrics‑driven, well‑organized and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
