Talent Solutions Cross Functional AI Product Owner - Associate Director

About the role

EY is looking for a Talent Product Owner (AI x Functional) at Associate Director level to shape how talent technology and AI enhance the employee experience across a global organisation. This is a newly focused role that connects AI-driven initiatives across Talent systems, Enterprise platforms and supporting functions so that solutions work together and deliver a consistent employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for talent technology capabilities.
• Connect AI-related initiatives across Talent and Enterprise functions to create a joined-up employee experience.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align priorities, dependencies and delivery plans.
• Identify opportunities to use AI, automation and emerging technologies to improve talent processes and outcomes.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements and prioritised backlogs.
• Drive governance, adoption and continuous improvement across talent products and services.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback, and lead cross-functional collaboration for implementation and change adoption.

Required profile

• Product ownership or product management experience in complex enterprise environments.
• Ability to link strategy, business needs, data, technology and user experience into practical solutions.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies.
• Strong understanding of AI, automation and digital transformation in enterprise settings.
• Naturally curious, collaborative and able to navigate ambiguity while delivering results.

Required skills

• Ideally: experience with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft, SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow or Adobe.
• Ideally: knowledge of talent, HR and employee experience technologies and processes.
• Ideally: experience in global transformation or large-scale technology programmes.
