Senior Recruiter - Engineering Careers Team

About the role

Colliers Engineering & Design is looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join its internal careers team in Sydney. The role takes ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process across a wide range of engineering disciplines, partnering closely with leaders to attract the talent needed for continued success.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment campaigns across engineering and technical disciplines, from initial brief through to onboarding.
• Identify, engage and attract high-calibre passive candidates through market mapping, networking and targeted talent strategies.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support current and future business growth.
• Provide market insights and recruitment advice to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven recruitment experience with a strong track record of delivering quality hiring outcomes.
• Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and building trusted relationships across the business.
• Skilled in proactive sourcing, headhunting and finding hard-to-find talent.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
• Experience recruiting in engineering & design, construction, infrastructure or other technical industries is highly regarded.
