About the role

Robert Half, a global recruitment consultancy, is looking for an open-minded, driven and entrepreneurial Talent Solutions Consultant to join its Brisbane office. As a trusted advisor, you will act as a bridge between clients and candidates, guiding them through the hiring process and helping clients find the right talent.

Key responsibilities

• Grow your network to develop new and existing business
• Build a talent pool pipeline focused on candidates
• Conduct all stages of a recruitment solution for your customers
• Analyse the market and share trends with clients
• Handle pre-qualification and screening, technical and cultural skills evaluation, referencing and representation
• Partner with a team to deliver quality candidates to clients

Required profile

• Naturally inquisitive, collaborative and eager to learn new technologies
• Ability to adapt in an evolving environment
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven experience building relationships with key stakeholders
• Ethical mindset demonstrated in your career
