About the role

We are seeking a Talent Manager to join Quinton Anthony’s growing team, delivering end‑to‑end talent solutions for Australia’s leading construction, property and infrastructure organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner closely with clients to design and deliver tailored talent solutions.
• Manage the full talent lifecycle from resource planning through acquisition.
• Provide market insights and advisory support that drive smart hiring decisions.
• Act as a trusted advisor on talent trends and organisational needs.

Required profile

• Proven recruitment experience in construction, property or infrastructure (agency, RPO or in‑house).
• Collaborative communication style with strong stakeholder engagement.
• Proactive, organised approach with a results‑driven attitude.
• Passion for delivering excellent experiences for both clients and candidates.
