Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

HPX Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its People Team in Sydney. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and ensure a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment activities, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and onboarding support.
• Build and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and networks to develop strong talent pipelines.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings, coordinate interviews and support hiring managers throughout the process.
• Contribute to employer branding and recruitment campaigns.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of recruitment experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
• Clear, confident communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proactive, adaptable “can‑do” attitude and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience using applicant tracking system (ATS) platforms.
