Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Konecranes, you will drive the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent across blue‑collar and white‑collar roles.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to specific roles and departments.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews and initial assessments.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
• Manage candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
• Prepare and extend offers, negotiate terms and ensure successful hiring.
• Track recruitment metrics and report on effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• 2‑3 years experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in both blue‑collar and white‑collar environments.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and sourcing techniques.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
