Talent Acquisition Specialist (Hybrid, Sydney)

About the role

I-MED Radiology Network is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for its clinic network. Based in Sydney CBD with a hybrid work model, you will partner with clinical and corporate leaders to attract high‑quality talent across Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle – from brief and advertising to screening, interviewing, reference checks and offer management.
• Collaborate with clinic and business leaders to understand workforce needs and design tailored hiring solutions.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using a range of recruiting tools and build talent pipelines for critical and future roles.
• Coach hiring managers on best practices, compliance and inclusive hiring.
• Champion a positive candidate experience that reflects I‑MED’s care‑focused culture.
• Work with the People & Culture team on broader talent and culture initiatives.
• Travel occasionally to clinics to build relationships and support local hiring.

Required profile

• Proven experience in end‑to‑end recruitment, preferably in high‑volume or healthcare environments.
• Strong advisory skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive recruitment outcomes.
• Comfortable thriving in fast‑paced, collaborative settings and flexible work arrangements.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to support clinic hiring needs.
