Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

Ecommerce Equation is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join its growing Talent function. Working closely with the Talent Manager, you will own end‑to‑end recruitment for ecommerce, performance marketing and digital roles across both Ecommerce Equation and Ecommerce Media.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for a portfolio of roles, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer management.
• Build targeted pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels for performance marketing, ecommerce and digital positions.
• Maintain accurate requisition and candidate data in the ATS.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on role definition, market realities and candidate assessment.
• Deliver a consistent, high‑quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Support employer branding initiatives and promote fair, unbiased hiring practices.
• Track, report and analyse hiring metrics to continuously improve the recruitment approach.

Required profile

• 2+ years of specialist recruitment experience in performance marketing, digital marketing or ecommerce, or equivalent experience in an ecommerce/digital marketing role with strong stakeholder management.
• Confidence to influence senior hiring managers and make autonomous decisions.
• Excellent judgement, confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and other sourcing tools.
• Solid understanding of ecommerce and performance‑marketing business models.
