Talent Acquisition Consultant – 38hrs Mon‑Fri at Balcatta Support Centre

About the role

You will join a supportive team of talent magnets who focus on high‑volume hiring across a diverse portfolio of roles. The position leverages Sodexo’s automated HR tech stack, allowing you to concentrate on sourcing and stakeholder consulting rather than administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Support high‑volume recruitment campaigns and workforce mobilisation activities.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
• Source, screen and assess candidates for entry‑level, blue‑collar, white‑collar and hospitality positions.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, onboarding and pre‑employment requirements.
• Provide market insights and recruitment advice to business leaders.

Required profile

• Previous experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or agency recruitment.
• Proven success managing high‑volume recruitment workloads.
• Ability to adapt quickly across different portfolios, industries and role types.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
