About the role
Sodexo is seeking a Workforce Scheduler for its Balcatta Support Centre on a six‑month fixed‑term basis. The role works Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week, with the flexibility to work from home two days a week.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain employee and site rosters using approved templates and systems.
- Source and assign contingent labour to meet staffing demand across Australian sites.
- Manage the Time & Attendance payroll system for frontline employees.
- Conduct weekly meetings with sites to discuss labour scheduling, vacancies and HR performance.
- Monitor operational changes and adjust rosters to address unplanned absences.
Required profile
- Organised, self‑motivated individual with strong customer service orientation.
- Experience in administration, recruitment, mobilisation or site admin environments.
- Excellent English communication skills and ability to work independently.
Required skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and the broader Office suite.
- Understanding of recruitment, scheduling and rostering principles.
