Talent Acquisition Business Partner

About the role

Estia Health is looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to partner closely with home leaders in Melbourne West. This is an end-to-end recruitment role covering a portfolio of homes, leading the implementation of the recruitment strategy and ensuring processes and compliance are followed.

Key responsibilities

• Post job ads and run proactive sourcing
• Manage recruitment campaigns
• Conduct phone screen interviews, shortlist and schedule interviews
• Handle background and reference checks, and manage job offers and contracts
• Take part in recruitment open days and careers expos

Required profile

• Significant recruitment experience; high volume recruitment experience is desirable
• Demonstrated experience managing recruitment projects and campaigns
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong work ethic and drive to deliver an exceptional customer experience to candidates and internal stakeholders

Required skills

• Proficiency with current technology, including MS Office
• Applicant tracking systems (the organisation uses Workday)
