Recruitment Consultant - Luxury Retail Clients

About the role

Drake International is building a specialist permanent placement business across contingent and retained recruitment in Melbourne, and is recruiting a Recruitment Consultant to work with luxury retail clients. The role suits sales professionals who know what great client service looks like, and offers structured training and ongoing coaching, so recruitment experience is not required.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with luxury retail clients across Melbourne, building strong relationships and sourcing top talent
• Develop new business and generate job orders with clients
• Source and manage candidates, presenting the most placeable ones to employers
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from first contact to placement
• Build your own client and candidate portfolio
• Collaborate with peers and contribute to a culture of excellence

Required profile

• 1+ year of B2B sales experience, or 3+ years of B2C sales such as luxury retail
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Results-driven, competitive mindset with a high sense of urgency
• Resilience, a hunger to learn and a passion for helping people succeed
• Current right to work in Australia
