About the role

Pillow Talk, a large Australian linen and homewares specialist, is recruiting a Talent Acquisition Advisor for its Darra head office. The role suits someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment and sees recruitment as helping people find a place where they can grow, contribute and belong.

Required profile

• At least two years of admin experience; HR, talent acquisition and retail experience is a bonus.
• Detail-oriented, able to spot typos quickly, and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• People-focused, positive and enthusiastic, able to connect with colleagues and candidates.
• Experience working across multiple systems and a willingness to improve processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, including data manipulation and aggregation.
• Ability to deliver exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.
