Talent Acquisition Advisor

About the role

Join Kinyara Health’s Talent Acquisition team as an Advisor, supporting recruitment across community care businesses in South Australia and New South Wales. You will manage high‑volume frontline hiring and gain exposure to office and specialist recruitment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for high‑volume frontline roles, from requisition through onboarding.
• Support office and specialist recruitment alongside a Talent Acquisition Partner.
• Maintain recruitment processes including advertising, screening, interview coordination, offers and compliance.
• Build strong relationships with hiring leaders to understand team needs.
• Proactively source candidates and develop talent pipelines.
• Ensure accurate recruitment documentation and system updates.

Required profile

• Some experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or a fast‑paced people‑focused environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle competing priorities.
• Proactive, resource‑ful attitude with ownership mindset.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Growth mindset, open to feedback and eager to develop a recruitment career.
• Willingness to travel quarterly to South Australia, New South Wales and Victorian offices.
