Talent Acquisition Advisor

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to own end‑to‑end recruitment across a fast‑paced, diverse business based at Perth Airport. You will work closely with hiring managers and the broader HR team to deliver effective recruitment solutions, focusing on blue‑collar and high‑volume roles.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment including advertising, screening, interviews, documentation, medicals, reference checks and candidate engagement while ensuring compliance.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand resourcing needs, confirm role requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Develop sourcing strategies and talent pipelines through job boards, universities, industry networks and external partners.
• Support bulk recruitment campaigns, assessment centres, onboarding and internal mobility initiatives.
• Maintain SmartRecruiters, track recruitment metrics and analyse hiring trends.
• Manage agency and vendor relationships while promoting diversity and a positive candidate experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in recruitment (internal or agency).
• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment for blue‑collar, operational or high‑volume roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational abilities with high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with recruitment systems, especially SmartRecruiters.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
