Talent Acquisition Advisor

About the role

This is a role where you’ll actually see your impact – every hire you make, every process you improve. You’ll run end‑to‑end recruitment, build out our talent pipeline, and work hand‑in‑hand with hiring leaders early in the process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment across a broad range of roles.
• Recruit for positions supporting high‑profile projects and events such as the Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix and the Australian Open.
• Build proactive talent pipelines through creative sourcing and networking.
• Help shape the Talent Acquisition function and drive project work that improves hiring.
• Partner with leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver timely outcomes.
• Craft engaging job ads and support employer branding and early‑career initiatives.
• Maintain recruitment processes, templates and systems to support best practice.
• Assist with reporting and contribute to continuous improvement across the TA function.

Required profile

• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, either agency or in‑house, with a track record of building strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Confidence engaging and influencing at all levels of the business – you ask the right questions, challenge where needed, and become a trusted go‑to for hiring leaders.
• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build trust quickly.
• Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset and commitment to great service.
