System Administrator (RHEL) – Financial Services

About the role

We are seeking a System Administrator to join our hybrid team in Bella Vista. The role focuses on maintaining and enhancing Red Hat Enterprise Linux environments that support critical financial services applications.

Key responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support, patching, and upgrades for RHEL‑based application components.
• Manage end‑to‑end certificate lifecycle across RHEL environments.
• Develop, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines for Linux builds and deployments.
• Automate routine operational tasks using Tidal job‑scheduling tools and Shell scripting.
• Strengthen knowledge‑ and problem‑management processes and documentation.
• Apply IT risk and control frameworks to enhance compliance and security.
• Maintain an accurate CMDB/asset register and support ServiceNow release, change, and request management.
• Build dashboards for ITIL processes and automate password‑reset procedures.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of hands‑on Linux system administration experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work in mission‑critical environments.
• Proactive attitude toward security, resilience, and performance.
