Supply Planner

About the role

Bega Group is looking for a collaborative, solutions-focused Supply Planner to join its Chelsea site in Melbourne's south-east. The role works closely with Operations, Procurement and Supply Chain teams to create effective production plans, balance inventory and ensure delivery for customers. The site manufactures more than 44 milk, milk-based beverages and cream products, producing around 100 million litres per year.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage short and mid-term production schedules
• Partner with key stakeholders to align supply plans and operational requirements
• Monitor inventory levels and support product availability across sites and distribution centres
• Analyse performance, identify issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Support supply reviews, product launches and planning activities

Required profile

• Experience in supply planning, production scheduling or a similar supply chain role
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while building positive relationships

Required skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
• Understanding of inventory management, demand planning and operational processes
