Supply Planner

About the role

The Supply Planner plays a pivotal role in driving transformation and efficiency across the Pacific region. The position covers regional supply and inventory planning and coordinates key operational activities such as stocktakes, incoming international shipments and local stock transfers. It works closely with internal teams, overseas colleagues, suppliers and logistics partners to ensure product availability while optimising inventory and minimising holding costs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage supply and inventory plans as part of the S&OP process
• Balance stock levels and service levels while optimising working capital
• Monitor trends to prevent stockouts or excess inventory
• Manage inventory across DC and 3PL sites in line with procedures
• Coordinate cycle counts and the annual stocktake
• Own stock adjustment governance
• Manage incoming international shipments and local stock transfers
• Support operational execution across supply chain touchpoints
• Identify and implement process improvements across planning and logistics
• Support transformation initiatives and foster operational excellence

Required profile

• Minimum 3+ years in supply chain or logistics, with experience in S&OP and/or inventory management
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business, Finance, Economics or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities

Required skills

• Strong experience with SAP
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI and SQL queries
• Ability to define, automate and report on KPIs
