Supply & Demand Planner

About the role

As a Supply & Demand Planner at slip, you will manage end‑to‑end supply and demand planning to ensure optimal stock availability across all channels. You will work in a fast‑paced, market‑leading beauty brand environment, collaborating closely with sales, marketing, warehouse and supplier teams.

Key responsibilities

• Execute monthly supply and demand plans, reviewing forecasts, new launches and risk factors.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to resolve logistics bottlenecks, align promotional campaigns and support seamless product launches.
• Identify and address excess stock and obsolescence, manage end‑of‑life SKUs and minimise over‑/under‑stock situations.
• Support Shopify allocation, replenishment and sales preparation for the e‑commerce store.
• Maintain master data and item setups to ensure data integrity.
• Drive production planning, generate schedules for core items and promotional opportunities.
• Collaborate with suppliers on capacity, freight and priority alignment to meet critical timelines.
• Oversee 3PL cycle counts, annual stocktakes and review adjustments or damages.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience in demand or supply planning, preferably in retail, fashion or beauty.
• Strong analytical ability with confidence working with data and forecasts.
• Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset and excellent communication skills.
