Supply Chain Manager

About the role

This is a rare opportunity for a hands‑on Supply Chain Manager to own strategic procurement, inventory analytics and forecasting within a growing business. Reporting to senior leadership, you will lead end‑to‑end supply chain activities and work closely with commercial, operations, engineering, quality and finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic procurement, demand planning, inventory management and supplier performance.
• Develop sourcing strategies that deliver best‑cost outcomes while meeting service, quality and sustainability goals.
• Negotiate supply agreements and run quarterly supplier business reviews.
• Own inventory strategy, optimise stock levels and reduce excess/obsolete inventory.
• Build dashboards tracking forecast accuracy, stock health, service levels and supplier performance.
• Lead the S&OP cycle, balancing demand, supply, capacity and inventory.

Required profile

• 8‑10+ years of supply chain experience with at least 2 years managing people.
• Proven depth across strategic procurement, inventory management and forecasting.
• Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Hands‑on, adaptable leader who can build on existing processes and drive momentum.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Experience with demand planning or forecasting tools.
