Supply Chain Manager

About the role
We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and results‑driven Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimise our end‑to‑end supply chain operations. The role will focus on improving efficiency, managing supplier relationships and ensuring seamless procurement, inventory, logistics and distribution processes.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics and distribution activities.
- Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to secure quality, cost‑effectiveness and timely delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasting and replenishment planning.
- Analyse supply chain data and KPIs to identify cost‑saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Operations, Finance, Sales and Production teams.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, develop contingency plans.
- Oversee transportation, warehousing and distribution performance.
- Drive process optimisation, digital transformation and automation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards and regulations.
- Prepare operational reports and dashboards for senior management.
- Lead, mentor and develop the supply chain team.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics or inventory management.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate high‑performing teams.
- Professional certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, CPSM or PMP are a plus.
Required skills
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Supply chain analytics and data‑driven decision making.
