Supply Chain Manager – Automotive EV Industry

About the role

ZEEKR, a premium electric vehicle brand under Geely, is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimise the end‑to‑end supply chain for its Australian market operations. You will work closely with product, retail, and aftersales teams to ensure seamless flow from order to delivery while supporting dealer networks.

Key responsibilities

• Set and manage monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets, creating programs and policies to help dealers achieve them.
• Oversee the entire supply chain, from ordering through production to logistics, ensuring timely and cost‑effective delivery.
• Define stock‑holding policies and manage the stock pipeline to meet financial and sales objectives.
• Develop retail operation guidelines to enhance customer experience across the franchise dealer network.
• Establish sales team criteria, training programmes and certification mechanisms to maintain high performance.
• Align with product and manufacturing departments to guarantee product quality, quantity and timely output.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including product, retail operations and aftersales—to align initiatives with overall business goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in supply chain logistics within the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of the Australian automotive market and a keen interest in electric vehicles.
• Proven ability to work independently on assigned projects without extensive supervision.
