Supply Chain & Inventory Planner

About the role

Join Atomo Diagnostics as a Supply Chain & Inventory Planner and help ensure the efficient procurement, production, and delivery of innovative point‑of‑care diagnostic products. You will coordinate supply chain activities, manage inventory, and support finance operations to keep the business running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement of raw materials and components to meet production schedules and business demand.
• Manage stock on hand (SOH) and ensure accurate inventory levels.
• Liaise with warehouse and supply‑chain teams to maintain stock accuracy.
• Collaborate with Operations to guarantee products are manufactured to customer specifications and delivery timelines.
• Perform inventory management and production order processing using SAP Sapphire.
• Arrange domestic and international freight, including tracking, customs clearance, and delivery scheduling.
• Communicate order status, production progress, and shipment updates to customers.
• Work with multiple 3PL providers to ensure inventory accuracy, KPI compliance, and DIFOT performance.
• Support finance by conducting monthly inventory reconciliations, preparing invoices, assisting with payment runs, and handling ad‑hoc administrative tasks.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or procurement.
• High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and financial information.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
