Supply Chain Finance Manager

About the role

SPC Global is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Finance Manager for its Auburn manufacturing site. This senior finance partner will own end‑to‑end financial performance, working closely with the Site Operations Manager and Supply Chain leadership to turn operational data into better financial outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary finance business partner to site leadership, providing insight, challenge and financial leadership.
• Own site budgeting, forecasting and financial inputs into the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process.
• Lead manufacturing cost accounting, including standard costing, BOMs, routings, labour and overhead rates.
• Ensure month‑end financial results and balance‑sheet integrity with clear performance commentary.
• Provide financial governance over inventory and working capital, improving accuracy and managing excess stock.
• Identify, validate and track productivity and cost‑reduction initiatives.
• Lead financial aspects of capital investment, business cases and ROI analysis.
• Support NPD, automation and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Improve financial processes and reporting using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power BI.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related field with CA/CPA qualification.
• 5–8+ years of finance experience in FMCG, manufacturing or a complex operational environment.
• Strong manufacturing accounting background, including standard costing and inventory finance.
• Proven ability to translate operational data into commercial insights.
• Confidence in partnering with senior operational stakeholders.
