Supply Chain & Distribution Operations Coordinator

About the role

The role is responsible for coordinating supply chain and distribution operations within a high‑volume health‑care logistics environment. It includes staff management and leading multiple logistics initiatives while ensuring operational excellence across warehousing, transportation, inventory, and purchasing.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily supply chain and distribution activities across warehouse and dispatch operations.
• Develop, implement and oversee purchasing, storage and distribution strategies, policies and plans.
• Plan and maintain optimal stock levels to meet demand while minimizing costs.
• Manage outbound dispatch operations, including scheduling, prioritisation and on‑time delivery performance.
• Monitor inventory levels, oversee stock allocation and ensure supply continuity.
• Negotiate supplier contracts to ensure quality, cost‑effectiveness and reliable delivery.
• Act as liaison between warehouse teams, transport providers and internal stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and system migration activities such as HELIX, CTMS, MAESTRO, MXWMS and CARGO WISE.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing logistics or supply chain operations and related projects.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving and risk‑management abilities.
• Ability to work from complex instructions and coordinate work in a team environment under limited supervision.

Required skills

• Experience with WMS and logistics systems such as HELIX, CTMS, MAESTRO, MXWMS and CARGO WISE.
• Supplier contract negotiation and inventory management.
