Supply Chain Analyst (Demand and Supply Planner)

About the role

Galderma, a global dermatology company present in around 90 countries, is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst (titled Supply and Demand Planner) to join its team in North Sydney. You will support end-to-end demand and supply planning for assigned business portfolios across ANZ, developing plans, running planning discussions with stakeholders, identifying risks and opportunities and driving agreed actions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and run the monthly demand-forecasting process with business stakeholders, using data, market knowledge and commercial insights.
• Prepare and run Supply and Demand Review meetings to align stakeholders on medium- and long-range demand plans.
• Maintain clear demand assumptions, risks, opportunities and agreed actions for each portfolio.
• Analyse forecast performance, identify root causes, trends and improvement opportunities.
• Manage inventory requirements, balancing availability, customer service, working capital and inventory risk.
• Support invoice validation for third-party logistics and supply-chain service providers.
• Prepare pre-reads and planning materials for Demand Review, Supply Review and S&OP meetings.
• Identify improvements to planning processes, data quality, reporting and tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Commerce, Analytics or a related discipline preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, logistics, customer supply chain, commercial analytics or a related discipline.
• Experience collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Finance or other commercial stakeholders preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, FMCG or another regulated environment is advantageous.

Required skills

• Exposure to ERP and supply-planning systems preferred.
• Understanding of logistics processes and third-party service-provider management is advantageous.
