Supervisor - Grower Service Centre

About the role

CBH, a leading Australian grain co-operative, is offering a 2-year fixed-term opportunity to lead the day-to-day operations of its Grower Services Centre (GSC) in South Perth. Acting as both supervisor and subject matter expert, you will support the Head of Grower Services in coaching and guiding the GSC team while helping shape the future of grower support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support the Grower Services Centre team to deliver exceptional service outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with growers, shareholders and key stakeholders.
• Drive team capability through coaching, training and development.
• Improve operational performance through effective workload management and continuous improvement.
• Act as an escalation point for grower enquiries and represent the GSC in stakeholder forums.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
• Customer-focused, collaborative and passionate about delivering exceptional service.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, able to build trusted relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgement, drive continuous improvement and work confidently with Microsoft Office applications.
• Desirable: knowledge of the agriculture industry.
