Striker - Field Sales Representative, Far North QLD

About the role

Red Bull is hiring a Striker (field sales representative) in the Far North Queensland region, based in Townsville. You will own a defined geographical patch and deliver maximum distribution and availability of Red Bull products across corporate and independent retail and P&C accounts, in line with 'Perfect Store' standards.

Key responsibilities

• Own your territory and deliver against key targets, building close relationships with third-party partners
• Complete all allocated calls and visit accounts regularly, increasing distribution width and depth with existing customers
• Convert new business leads in non-traditional channels and win cold-can and cashier placements
• Drive in-store presence and share of shelf using category insights
• Presell and execute displays during promotional periods on corporate and independent accounts

Required profile

• 2+ years of field sales experience; FMCG experience preferred
• Comfortable with regular travel, about 25% of the time including extended periods
• Good working relationships, strong selling and negotiation skills, and commercial awareness
• Organised, detail-oriented, able to work alone and in a team
• Valid full driver's licence
• Qualified to work in Australia
