About the role

An exciting opportunity to join Lexus Australia as a Strategy & Project Coordinator, supporting the development and delivery of strategic partnerships, programs and initiatives that enhance the Lexus brand across Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate cross‑functional vehicle launch planning, aligning milestones, stakeholders, risks and dependencies.
• Support the development and implementation of business, product and electrification strategies, translating priorities into clear plans and measurable outcomes.
• Lead and coordinate strategic projects and continuous‑improvement initiatives across Lexus and broader Toyota functions.
• Manage customer, market, brand and competitor research programmes, turning findings into actionable insights.
• Develop executive reports, presentations and performance updates for senior leadership.
• Support strategic supplier and partner relationships, including performance monitoring and commercial coordination.

Required profile

• Experience coordinating projects, programmes or initiatives in a corporate environment.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to analyse data, market trends and customer insights to support business planning.
• Well‑developed organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Interest in the automotive industry and related technologies.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
